To use the Aspire Remote Support service, you will need to follow these instructions to start a remote support session:

Windows XP and Vista users:

Depending on your Windows version, you may be prompted by security warnings regarding this download. Please ignore all warning and continue when prompted.

 

When prompted, click on the "Run" button.
(Some browsers may alternatively label this button as "Open")

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When prompted, click on the "Run" button again.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Double-click on the entry in the list as instructed by the technician.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Firewall Notice:

If you use a firewall software, you may be prompted to authorize the Remote Support software.

Please choose the "Allow/Grant" or "Unblock" option for any prompts you receive while using the Remote Support software.

Failure to do so will result in a failed connection.
